What is the necessary sum to make a rezervation?

When is the difference of payment between the advance and the rest of the price paid?

Euromaidec Touring accepts that its customers pay this difference 24 hours before their leave, but, usually, transport companies demand that this difference be paid at least 10 days before the circuit starts.
 
What is your policy in case of cancelling the reservation?

Euromaidec Touring keeps the advance payment in case of cancelling the reservation that has already been contracted.

When do I have to make the rezervation?

Euromaidec Touring recommends its customers to make the rezervations at least 30 days before the tour or the circuit starts. However, the earlier you book, the wider options of choosing a mean of transport you have.

Does the price include the driver’s accommodation and meals, the fees for parking, ferry boats, tunnels and bridges?

Euromaidec Touring does not include in the price the above mentioned expenses. Usually, in Romania, these things are not included in the price, but our advice is to ask the transport company before booking.

In case of renting a van/minibus/coach from Euromaidec Touring, who pays for the driver’s accommodation and meals? The customer or the transport company?

In case the rental length of the van/minibus/coach exceeds 24 hours, the customer has to book the hotel room for the driver. However, when booking the hotel rooms for the group, Euromaidec Touring advises you to inform yourself on the driver’s situation. Usually, for groups larger than 30 persons, hotels offer free accommodation and meals for the driver.

Are smoking and alcohol consumption allowed in the minibus/coach?

Euromaidec Touring does not allow smoking in its means of transport. Regarding the alcohol consumption, the representative of the group must fill in a list with the passengers’ signature agreeing to the alcohol consumption during the travel.

Can I buy a ticket or two for a trip?

Definitely, the answer is NO. Euromaidec Touring does not sell tickets for any route; the company’s profile is that of renting cars, minibuses, coaches and only with a driver.
